Mail your inquiry or dispute information, including the uniform toll violation number and license plate number, your name, address and telephone number, and a detailed explanation of the reason for your inquiry to:

You should receive a written response within 14 business days of the dispute being received.  If you wish to dispute a transaction (i.e. a toll transaction, a Toll Violation or a Toll Facility Violation), you must do so within 90 calendar days after the transaction is posted to your Account; otherwise, all undisputed transactions shall be final 90 days after posting to your Account.
