Policy Applicability

This policy applies to all web services which are provided to SRTA’s customers. Exemptions from this policy will be permitted only if approved in advance and in writing by the Chief Information Officer or Executive Director.

SRTA web sites should provide a page displaying the following SRTA Privacy Policy:

1 SRTA WEBSITE PRIVACY POLICY General Information If you visit a website maintained by SRTA to read or download information, we may collect some or all of the following information:

  • The name of your domain; for example, “xyzcompany.com” if you use a private Internet access account; 
  • an IP address; a number automatically assigned to your computer when you are using the Internet;

Security

SRTA is committed to security. SRTA does not retain any personal information transmitted through the use of our site. All online transactions are processed by Authorize.Net, a subsidiary of the CyberSource Corporation. All terms and conditions of Authorize. Net’s privacy policy are applicable. SRTA’s online sales site (“onlinesales.xpressga.com”), is in compliance with the PCI (Payment Card Industry) Data Security Standard, an industry standard benchmark created by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council, for organizations that handle cardholder information for the major debit, credit, prepaid, e-purse, ATM, and POS cards. SRTA’s “onlinesales.xpressga.com” website is protected by Symantec Website Security Solutions which include industry-leading SSL, certificate management, vulnerability assessment and malware scanning.
